Blubandoo® Cooling Headwear Enhances Offerings

These products are available from Blubandoo Inc. Cooling Headwear and Accessories.

lubandoo® Cooling Headwear has a complete line of cooling caps, floppy hats, visors, neckbands, doorags, and headbands.

The company has added new product designs and enhanced sales presentations with more colorful point of purchase displays. And the products now have informative hang tags for consumers.

The company’s products, which can be seen at the February ASD Gift Show, contain non-toxic polymer crystals that expand to a gel when immersed in water. They stay cool for up to three days and are reusable.

River’s Edge Purchases Mailbox Manufacturer

iver’s Edge Products, Inc., has purchased the assets of Fisherman’s Log, Inc., a manufacturer of fishing-themed mailboxes. The mailbox designs include bass, walleye, grouper and snook, according to a press statement from the company.

“We presently have four mailbox designs in our line that have sold incredibly well,” said Pat Wrob, president and CEO of River’s Edge, in the statement. “The addition of the Fisherman’s Log designs should boost category sales significantly.” Full production capabilities should be in place by early April, 2005.

Fiesta® Introduces Tiki Line

iesta® recently released the Party Hardy Tiki line of key chains, eight-inch plush and 11-inch plush with micro sound chips, according to a press statement from the company. Each item features bright citrus colors and authentic designs, making them appealing to the teen and tween demographic.

“The Tiki motif has been very hot among all age groups,” said Michael Lauber, the company’s president, in the statement. “We wanted to add to this new trend with something different. The first comment we get when people see Tikis is how cute and original the plush version is. Adding the sound chip, which includes drums and partying tribal voices, adds to the uniqueness of this item.”

The line will be sold in specialty gift stores, drug stores, grocery stores and department stores nationwide.
