Joy Enterprises Wins Judgement
oy Enterprises won a million dollar settlement against ITE International for Fury trademark infringements earlier this year, according to a press statement from the company.
The suit involved the import of switchblade knives in boxes with the name and address of Joy Enterprises. The United States District Court in Atlanta, Ga. issued a permanent injunction against ITE Inc., a judgement of a million dollars plus damages and attorney's fees, the statement said.
