Aurora’s Educational Plush Line Wins 2009 National Parenting Center Award

announced that the My
Magical Castle toy from
the Baby Talk line has been crowned
with a 2009 National Parenting
Center award. The toy has also won
numerous additional honors.
“Aurora is now stronger than
ever as far as producing educational
and functional
plush animals so babies and
toddlers can develop cognitive
skills while they enjoy
soft, cuddly plush friends,”
said Michael Kessler, SVP of
Sales at Aurora.
Also new from the company
is the Learn With Me Bear,
My First Pet, My First Tool Kit
and the Crinkle Pig.
Aurora Partners with Hunter’s Hope Foundation
urora World Inc., recently launched a partnership
with Hunter’s Hope Foundation, an organization
founded by Pro Football Hall of Famer
and former Buffalo Bills quarterback Jim Kelly and his
wife Jill. The Kelly’s established the foundation after
their infant son, Hunter, was diagnosed with Krabbe
Leukodystrophy, an inherited fatal nervous system disease.
Aurora has created an exclusive teddy bear, the
Hunter’s Hope bear, in an effort to help support the
foundation’s fundraising goals. The bear debuted at Toy
Fair in New York earlier this year.

way to help the planet. The company’s
Earth Day mission was to encourage
