AmericasMart Names Executive Vice President, Home and Gift Showroom Leasing

David Savula has been named executive vice president in charge of AmericasMart Home and Gift leasing for all permanent showroom facilities in Buildings One, Two and Two West Wing, according to Jeffrey L. Portman, Sr., president and chief operating officer of AmericasMart Atlanta and its AMC, Inc. parent entity.

Savula’s promotion follows a seven-year tenure as senior vice president in charge of AmericasMart’s Home showroom leasing, which has grown significantly under his leadership. Savula’s career spans more than 15 years in the home and gift industry.

Industry Veteran Mackey Joins Las Vegas Souvenir and Resort Gift Show Buyer Relations Team

In response to the dramatic growth of its Las Vegas Souvenir & Resort Gift Show, Urban Expositions has expanded its buyer relations team for the September 22-24, 2010 edition with the appointment of Briana Mackey as buyer relations representative.

Mackey will be working in tandem with Urban Expositions Buyer Relations Directors Cece Lee and Jhana Jordan to continue building the buyer base for the annual event, and has nearly 20 years of event, marketing and business experience both in the United States and internationally.

A.T. Storrs Ltd. Announces New Staff Appointment

A.T. Storrs Ltd. has announced the addition of Jenneth Hogan to the marketing team. Hogan will be responsible for in-house sales and sales associate support.
